Placing a Deposit

Deposits range from $400 to $1000, depending on the purchase price of the puppy.

Your deposit is applied toward the total purchase price.

All deposits are non-refundable.
If you choose to cancel your reservation or decide not to purchase the puppy, your deposit will be forfeited. Deposits compensate for the time, care, and commitment involved in reserving and raising your puppy, as well as the opportunity to place the puppy with another family.
We reserve the right to decline the sale of a puppy if we believe the home is not a suitable match. In such cases, your deposit will be fully refunded.
If, while in our care, a puppy becomes seriously ill, is determined not to be suitable for placement, or passes away, you may choose to:

Receive a full refund of your deposit, or transfer your deposit to another available puppy or a future litter.
The health and well-being of our puppies always come first. Occasionally, a very tiny puppy may require additional time and specialized care before it is ready for a new home. We will never place a puppy until we are confident it is healthy, thriving, and ready to transition safely to its new family.
Delivery & Transportation
We offer safe delivery throughout the United States with a professional flight nanny for an additional fee, typically $400–$700, depending on your location.
A flight nanny personally accompanies your puppy in the cabin from our airport to yours, ensuring your puppy receives individual care and attention throughout the journey. Ground transportation may also be available in select areas.
We will coordinate with the nanny, meet them at our airport, and provide your puppy with everything needed for the trip, including food, water, and supplements if necessary. You will simply meet the nanny at your local airport upon arrival.
Transportation is typically arranged 7-10 days before your puppy is ready to go home. While we work closely with our trusted flight nannies, airline delays, weather, or schedule changes may occasionally affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding, as these circumstances are beyond our control.
